19. Get myself a paddleboard or kayak and take it out every week during the summer

I have no idea why I didn't write this post sooner, probably because I was having too much fun on my paddleboard! A few years ago my aunt and uncle bought a paddleboard and all of us cousins were playing on it on our annual lake trip and we all had a great time but Chris absolutely took to it. He would go out in the early mornings or late afternoons when everyone else was either still sleeping or several beers deep and he has been talking about getting one ever since.
Well, last summer, he just decided to make that dream come true and bought us two paddleboards and that has been a GREAT investment. We may not have gone out every single week but it was pretty close to it! We went to a different lake every day I had off, we took the boards to our annual lake trip, we took them through several national parks, our summer was exponentially enhanced by having paddleboards. It is such a great way to relax, get a little workout in, enjoy nature, explore, and be social!
Folks, here's what they don't tell you about getting a toy that most people don't have but want to try, it's an amazing social lubricant! Chris and I are both introverts and even though we try to be social we mostly fail; however, it's so easy to pop into a conversation something along the lines of "Hey! guess what, you should come try out our paddleboards this weekend!" and I have never had anyone say no. So here's what I have learned from #19 on the list, if you are an introvert, get into something that people want to use you for! (haha, kidding, hopefully, its just a good reason to invite someone somewhere). Now, enjoy some of these great photos from our summer paddleboard adventures:
This one was actually in Mexico, with rented Paddleboards, amazing sunrise trip.

These are both from Lake McDonald in Glacier National Park
